Communications info sheet: should mention we write press releases/ announce to media. Direct links/url for fb, twitter, and other online resources. Use bit.ly or other shortening service to make it easier to type out and give us analytics. Also include name of twitter account, exact name of fb page to search for, and list of member/friendly twitter and FB pages to mention. Include streaming links too.

discussed a proposal to the GA to place time limits on agenda items. possibly a system where each item gets 10 or 15 minutes, then a temp check is taken to see if it gets extended. GA shouldn’t be for education or long debate, needs to keep moving and address new issues.
Individual mission statement proposal – 4 people writing, should have some ready for tomorrows GA
Tim: possibly an ongoing project? Encourage GA to adopt a new theme/short term goals every quarter, have an ongoing project to build a body of writing discussing our goals, useful for outreach

discussion of many people who have left, generational gap, how to rebuild connections. Its a problem, need to get their perspective to GA, even if they don’t all start attending again right away.
