- Nancy: To effect change, we must actively lobby, and attend committee meetings, throughout the Legislative session which is a short one. Dan echoed Nancy saying it was good practice to prepare for next year’s long session.
- Ian and Greg: Use Celly to text Feb 1 updates @OSOGAalert 23559; for flash mob: @justfun 23559; for EGT information: @noegtpdx 23559.

- Bobbie: Anyone wanting to take and post minutes, facilitate and/or stack should volunteer.
- Bill: The Ty Curtis Band is a bluesy rock and a great band (See Calendar for Feb 18)
- Kirk: He and Bill wrote a letter of intent, in the Scribe’s notebook, that they have paid $50 for the name Occupy Oregon, to be used only if needed re JK and/or if a large majority (90% was suggested) of GAs in Oregon want to have a ‘whole state’ GA name.
- Peter: There is a hearing on Thursday, Feb 2 re the JK issue and during the mediation, if JK drops his charges, Peter will drop his counter charges.

- Debra: A Port-a-Potty may be desirable, especially on James’ land where as many as 15 people will camp. Ian proposed that $150 be appropriated for the cost of one Port-a-Potty so that if it is determined at the last minute, funds would be available to rent one. It passed.
ACTION
For the several weeks the Oregon Legislation will be in session, Occupy members are asked to attend committee meetings, talk with representatives or their staff, and in general be visible. See Announcements 2-15 for related information.
